All procedures are carried carried out by me, a doctor for almost 10 years, in a clinical yet comfortable setting.
Prices: £45 non-refundable deposit for a consultation and then prices for lesion removal start at £70-150 and deposit cost is deducted.
Minimally invasive treatment using cold, pressurised nitric oxide to freeze benign skin lesions. The treatment takes only seconds using the Cryopen device to deliver precise application of the cold jet. It is relatively pain-free, with most clients just experiencing a very cold sensation for the few seconds of treatment.
Please note: all lesions will be reviewed during an initial consultation and only if Dr Wilcox considers them benign will we be able to proceed to treatment (usually during the same appointment). Please also note that flat brown ‘moles’ aren’t typically licensed to be treated this way and Cryotherapy is more suitable for lesions such as skin tags, solar keratoses, sun spots or solar lentigines, warts and verrucas.
Anti-wrinkle injections (coming soon in Autumn/Winter) involve a muscle paralysing agent containing botulinum toxin that blocks muscle contraction of the muscle fibres it is injected into (usually for 3-6 months).
This procedure requires a pre-treatment consultation.
Microsclerotherapy involves the injection of a sclerosis agent into superficial (near the surface) blood vessels. For best results, compression stockings are recommended for a period after treatment.
Please note that this is not superficial for varicose veins, but is targeted at thread veins or spider naevi.

Hi, I'm a fully qualified GP based in Corsham, having graduated from Southampton Medical School in 2016. Alongside my NHS work, I run a private skin clinic where I specialise in the removal of benign skin lesions using cryotherapy—an effective treatment that uses liquid nitrogen to freeze and remove skin tags, warts, age spots and more. Every treatment begins with a thorough consultation, where I assess the lesion with a dermatoscope to ensure it's safe to proceed.
From summer 2025, I’ll also be offering aesthetic treatments including anti-wrinkle injections and microneedling. If there’s something small that’s been bothering you, why not book in?
